I don’t believe anyone denies that Mitt Romney came across unexpectedly well during the first presidential debate. Also, no one can deny as a result, Mitt Romney has moved up in the polls. Gary Johnson is also moving up.

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus thinks Libertarian nomineee Johnson is irrelevant; I wouldn’t expect him to say otherwise. While the party dummied-down for their pre-debate expectations, dismissing Johnson could be a dangerous proposition.

1. The article asks if Democrats will vote for Johnson; I don't think that's likely

Most of us remember what people voting for Nader did to us and won't repeat it with Johnson. Besides, any decent Democrat knows a Libertarian is a Republican with a bag of weed. Except for that one issue, the LP and the GOP run on parallel tracks.

I think there are two groups of people who will vote for Johnson: Paul supporters of course, and Evangelical Republicans who just can't bring themselves to vote for a man with thirteen grandmothers.
