Toddler grasps that animals die to make meat.

Exchange between mother and child over dinner (2.5 min). Follow the progression of the child's thoughts as he realizes where his meal comes from. He brought a tear to my eye.

They have also sustained the human race for millions of years as food, but he has to go to school to learn all that. I hope he will get some knowledge before he solidifies his views that are now based solely on emotions.
