be a very friendly, pretty face. And China has lots of those. The timing makes that look possible, maybe more than possible.

But, we have to wait and see what China does.

And it does not change or detract from the real issue which is that, thanks to new technology, our government can snoop with stealth methods, silently, so that we never notice it. Their snooping violates the spirit and the letter of the Constitution. And decisions by the Supreme Court to the contrary do not change that fact.

We have wandered so far from the Constitution in terms of restraints on government and safeguarding personal liberty that we might as well either simply cancel the Bill of Rights or else get back on the right track.

Baer may have a point, but it does not change the fact that our government is in the wrong and has been playing a big charade pretending to protect human rights as it step by step does away with ours. And it is this fact that deserves our focus. Because if we are not a free nation, what difference does it make what China is or is not doing.

matter is your point of wandering so far from the Bill of Rights. To me, rectifying the situation is urgent or we'll forever live with our inaction.

them now to enact legislation to end the cyber 'kettling'. You're letting them have another opportunity to say what they know you want to hear so you'll vote for them. Time for them
to put their stances into action or not, their choice. Again, im(very)ho.
