Then he needs to explain why companies with female board members perform better and dealt with the financial crisis better than companies without female board members.

He also needs to explain why America is constantly in debt and most of the current debt was accumulated under Republican Presidents. During most of the Bush years Congress was controlled by Republicans. The United States has never had a female President.
