4. Yes, the govt. is at "war" with a free and open society.

"War" seems the thing the govt is focused on,. they attach the label to everything. And use the "logic" of that to justify heinous atrocities; "well we are at war".

War is wrong and should be avoided,. the govt needs to be told that we are not "at war" with the world we life here, we want to live in peace and all this war making needs to stop.

Saying the press has to fight back ( which is what he actually says) is not the same as saying he's declared "Journalistic Jihad".

Makes him sound wild-eyed and unstable... which some of his detractors seem to have been implying here and elsewhere.
