....because he really believes the government is sending most of his grain overseas to feed the hungry of the world and the ungrateful "savages" are biting the hand that feeds them.

Oh,...and BTW,...they also believe it all started under Carter and consider it to be another example of a Liberal failure.

Republicans feed into this myth which is why talking about cutting off foreign aid is an applause line.
