has had its '13-'14 budget cut by 600K! This is in a chichi neighborhood where the parents WANT to support public education - not to mention they pay 12 to 20 Grand per year in property tax!!! For what? The city's short 2,000 cops and CPS just told the school to blow off its arts/music/etc. classes.
