What about a corporation, say BP North America and BP PLC.? In 2005 when their Texas City, Texas plant blew up killing 15 and injuring thousands, the resultant litigation uncovered where they budgeted for the price of their worker's lives and chose not to fix the dangerous conditions they knew existed in the plant figuring they "...were only going to kill one or two workers..." Do they get dissolved under the corporate "Death Penalty?"
