For the longest time, I cringed when I heard the initial words, "Ladies and Gentlemen..." chimed out in a high, sing-songy voice, because I knew that I had just inadvertently clicked on a Matthew Filipovitz video. Now, I am warming up to him as a basically feel-good, sentimental Phlegmatic* individual who, God bless him, at least has his heart in the right place. When he interviews people on his show, it is often interesting to watch the heartfelt emotional expressions transfigure his face as he deeply empathizes with his guests. And you could say that, in many ways, he has perfected his own personal style of the Rant - and this particular video would be a good example of his work and achievements in this area.

Home Page link.

The data on sea-level rise is the last menu item on the second page.

Find out what the risks are to your state - bound to have an impact on real estate, insurance - etc., etc. For example, I used to live in the Washington DC area where Alexandria, Va. I was told was The place to be....However, now it routinely floods in Old Town - which is the case today. According to the rising Sea Levels interactive map at the link, that area is at risk by 2020.
