They didn't get to drop bombs, kill people and spend money on war.

Guess they will have to keep pushing for Iraq III

Anything remotely positive concerning Pres O is usually banned while promoting bullshit scandal investigations such as the IRS missing e-mails which Issa and the rest of the GOP party and corporate media new about two years ago. Plus here on the DU RWers talking points are alive and well.

Rachelle Maddow @ MSNBC did an extensive story on this last night. She rightfully pointed out that these chemicals could have easily been taken by ISIS and used indiscriminately. But Obama negotiated there removal and destruction and avoided a catastrophe. He wont be getting any credit soon but at least we know.

those who give everyone credit but the President and SOS Kerry for Syria dumping their chemical weapons.. which they actually had! Shocking I know with all the whining that poor Assad didn't have any.

As this poster on TOD calls it..

"Alliance of Adversaries"

"When they write the history of how President Obama led the successful effort to remove WMDs from Syria two amazing facts – that he did it by eliciting the cooperation of Russia and Iran & that Syria was engulfed in civil war – will undoubtedly seem incredulous. That he did it without firing a single shot should serve as a lesson in the real power of diplomacy based on the fact that everyone at the table knows you’re not bluffing."

Thanks for keeping up with TOD and the Tweets. I miss out on a lot of these goodies.

TOD takes so long to load, I usually leave it in frustration. Same with DFA.

Yes, that pic is one of my faves, i recently posted it here:

who only listened to the cliff notes propaganda version of what passed for all those negotiations for over a year from PBO and SOS Kerry.

That's the way it was with TOD when I had my old laptop.. I would wait forever for it to download.. this new one with Windows 7 works like magic compered to before. I'm very grateful!

Is there a DVD/CD ROM/RW drive to upload music CDs and other media to view on it? Did it include a warranty, customer service, etc? That sounds like all I need, and the price isn't bad.

and windows 8 ready to go. When I got the invoice of what I had ordered before the final sale I saw it had "windows 8".. so I got a hold of her again and said "Windows 7 is what I wanted!".. you have to double check them.. they're busy.

3 month warranty, And, yes I can view my DVDs and upload music. The only thing I didn't ask for 'cause I thought it just came with it(all my old ones had it) was memory chip slot. So, I can only upload my pics with my USB cord.

If I ever get another one down the road I will make sure that's included too.

Bush starts a war with non-existent WMDs. Obama ends a war (Afghanistan) while destroying *real* WMDs.

If I had to pick one of these, let's see.......

NO, LET'S NOT.

People are soaking up the memes of conservative media, it's on a subconscious level. Brain wash, rinse, repeat.

There is something for every personality and life experience they know how to appeal to. Whatever issue a person has, they can insert their meme.

Many of us tried to reason out what was going on the time and called names and cheerleaders for wars. But it really wasn't about Obama or us.

The vitriol though, was not justified.
