In the videos and still shots I seen of several "Right Sector" and "Svoboda" paramilitary units recently recruited for action in the east, it appears they all have brand new equipment. Everything from their uniforms, to their helmets, body armor, boots and weapons looks to be new and fresh from the packing crates.

Makes one wonder who is dividing up the aid money?
