I didn't see anything barring an author from posting a link. But we'll see. Obviously this is not the same trying to promote an aluminum siding business. I'm a historian and history professor.

A few excerpts from the Amazon Book Descriptions:

-Two presidents pardoned mass murderers, one a war criminal who murdered women and children, the other a terrorist who blew up a plane.

-At least four presidents ignored genocide. In one case he could have saved up to over a million lives.

-Two other presidents, besides Bush, ordered the mass torture of prisoners.

-Two living presidents may face war crimes trials.

-One president ran for office as the candidate for terrorists.

-Two presidents were members of the KKK, one of them initiated in the White House.

Most rankings of presidents are popularity contests, based on which presidents are most recognized or best liked based on the political bias of the judges.

This book abandons all partisan nonsense for the only ranking that matters a humanitarian one: Who were our best and worst presidents, based on how many lived or died because of their actions?

Twelves presidents were our worst, guilty of crimes as serious as genocide or wars of aggression. Many ignored genocide or terrorism, or were so incompetent or blinded by politics, that sometimes millions died.

Four presidents, each strongly despised by many, were actually our best presidents, saving millions of lives, defending human rights, and preventing wars.

Lincoln- Ending slavery saved hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions. Slaves had an infant mortality rate double that of free people.
Defeating the Confederacy prevented CSA plans to conquer Cuba, Dominican Republic, and northern Mexico for more slave states, and future CSA wars with the US. The CSA also planned to bring back the slave trade, which had a death rate of up to 50% of enslaved Africans.

Van Buren- Prevented wars with Britain and Mexico and genocide vs California Indians.

Carter- Camp David treaty prevented future wars between Egypt and Israel.
Human rights policy saved 50,000 dissidents and helped bring democracy to 25 nations.
Rescued over 100,000 Cuban and Soviet refugees from Communism.

Grant- Peace Policy reduced battles between the US Army and Native tribes by over four fifths.
Ended racist violence in South Carolina and Georgia during Reconstruction by standing up to the KKK.
