Ring of Fire: Should David Petraeus Be Prosecuted?

Last week, FBI and Justice Department prosecutors recommended bringing felony charges against former CIA director and retired general David Petraeus. The charges stem around allegations that Petraeus gave classified material to his biographer and mistress.

Diane Feinstein, on the other hand, is urging the government to not seek charges against Petraeus. Given the rabid attack of whistleblowers and document leakers over the past decade, is there an obvious hypocrisy coming from those not wishing to bring charges against the retired general?

Ring of Fire’s Sam Seder and The Majority Report contributor Michael Brooks discuss this.
