Sarah Palin takes responsibility for sinking McCain in 2008

This is actually a few months old, but I had never seen nor heard of it. (Naturally, everything else she says is dumb.)

1. and who is taking responsibility for Sarah Palin?

Did the people assigned to vet her quit halfway through the job?

3. IMO the Powers That Be wanted an Obama win in 2008.

The public was clamoring for change and TPTB decided to give them what they wanted and then sabotage him via obstruction in Congress. I think TPTB thought that in 2012 the public would see the Democrats as failures and be happy to go back to the Republican leadership. I think TPTB were shocked at Obama's victory in 2012. The fix was in but something went wrong. I think McCain and Palin were deliberately chosen because they are losers. Just my opinion.

2. McCain's problem was not Sarah Palin per se

It was his choosing her that was the problem. I.e. his problem.

4. Why would you think that McCain had any say in a party controlled by the Oligarch Rulers? nm

6. The Oligarch Rulers run the Republican Party, not John McCain. He couldn't run a nylon stocking.

Funny how a couple of losers like McCain and Palin ended up the choice of the Oligarchs. Maybe they wanted Obama to win to teach the public a lesson. The public was tired of the Republican shenanigans and wanted change. Let the public have their Democrat and then sabotage him with obstruction. Then the public will see how ineffective Democrats are and welcome back the Bush family.

You are entirely correct that the Oligarch Rulers aren't the stupid ones. They got the candidates they wanted.

7. No, those wizards only crashed the world economy

What do they teach in Ivy League business schools these days? It's not working. Capitalism without a middle class is still an unsustainable model, and there is nothing that can make it sustainable. Deregulate the banking system? They may as well bribe congress into repealing the law of gravity.

9. Ever notice???

Ever notice how a really nauseating fart seems to just hang in the air forever? Your eyes water - you grope for a sleeve or collar to cover your nose with, but it just refuses to vacate your space.
I'd like to propose that henceforth, farts be re-named Palins.
