Their is a big difference between the two phases "The US does not support political transitions." and The US has never supported political transitions."

The GIF obviously was limited in space. The complete sentence was "As a matter of long-standing policy, the
United States does not support political transitions by nonconstitutional means."

As the GIF clearly demonstrates, that statement was a lie.

against truth in Washington? Everything out of our public servants is just a web of lies and deceptions. State Dept. is looking bad. Hillary's idiotic statement about needing to filter out email about her mother's funeral shows just how far our manipulative political class will go to prevent the truth from being known.
