Rubio is a dull tool and maybe realizes he needs to look elsewhere for his fears and phobias. I suggest my sister in laws greatest single fear African American males with low riding pants he would surely get her vote (she has several mixed race nephews whom she really likes as long as they do not wear low pants I place this solidly in the category of an irrational fear).
