Okay, they don't have driver's licenses, so driving's out. And it's a long way, so buying a bus ticket in order to get a tiny card seems like a big expense for a poor person. And if you don't have ID to prove who you are, how do you prove who you are to get the ID? Next up: pass a law that you have to show photo ID to get your own birth certificate.

Hey, if these people don't like the law, they should vote out the legislators who passed it. You just have to get a photo ID first.
