.... more like a coup, by the powerful Bush crime family. It really makes me sick to think ,as you say, about what could have been for our country, if Gore where Pres, instead of Bush. We would have had a Green Energy revolution; Social Security would be secure (remember "lock Box" statement of Gore's that everyone in the media made a joke of?); if 9/11 had happened, we would have been a lot smarter the day of and the followup - we never ever would have invaded Iraq for sure; the surplus - IMAGINE talking about a surplus - would have been put to work for health care, education, middle class tax cuts and the environment; .................. scientific research using stem cells would have continued and could have advanced medical treatments- having the US drop out for 8 years sure set back advancements, thanks Bush. It is basically the difference between night and day. Bush/Cheney have thrown us to the dark side of history and is up to us to get out.
