I remember the media almost totally ignoring the fact G.W. went missing for a year from the National Guard, never completing his pilot training. This came out a few months before the election and covered up. Dan Rather told the truth years later and his career was ruined by CBS. This shows the power of the media to control news and how the outcome of repressed news can be a deciding factor in a very important event.

I tried to watch it on their lousy web site last night and it wasn't even available. Aside from that, on Chris Hayes show last night, halfway through the interview with Sir Richard Branson, the audio cut out. That was a problem for many of the MSNBC broadcasts during past election cycles. If the content was controversial, it would suffer technical difficulties such that you could not watch it or the audio would go away.
