He asked why a deal that was bad for the U.S. economy wasn't being opposed on that ground. The problem is that, while it would be bad for the economy as a whole, it would be very good for certain economic actors. Later in the clip, both he and Grayson commented on the impact of campaign contributions from the big businesses that would benefit.
