Last year Congress invited a speaker to their Chamber to tell the story of how American citizens are defrauding the legal system with fraudulent class action lawsuit claims. What Congress didn’t tell you was that the testimony came from a pawn of the corporate lobbying group The US Chamber of Commerce, and his testimony was riddled with lies. But that hasn’t stopped the assault on our civil justice system.
