It's fascinating but it is a newsreel that ran in movie theaters before the feature.

I just took the title as given. Television didn't really exist back then. Televised would be a more proper term.

except more interesting and informative. I realize it wasn't your title, I'm just surprised by the lack of awareness that in 1931 television was very experimental and that Fox MovieTone News was one of several newsreel services that made short films in rapid production-release mode that played in movie theaters around the world. It was a big deal up until the early 60s when actual TV put it out of business.
