2. Is it FAIR for ALL concerned?
3. Will it build GOOD WILL and better friendship?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to ALL CONCERNED?

As a Floridian and Rotarian, I could assure you that John Ellis BUSH fails epically to meet even one of these criteria.
