Anyone who hasn't seen THE BIG SHORT really missed a cogent, accurate and surprisingly funny depiction of how the big banks and others (featuring Goldman Sachs in a supporting role) nearly brought this WORLD to financial destruction.

The most telling line was "they knew they would get bailed out."

One of the guys who played an important part in crafting the bill that helped make this possible, by the way, is today the Finance Chairman for the campaign of somebody who isn't Bernie Sanders and isn't part of the Republican Party.

My life has been screwed up by the politicians that gave them the green light. The proponents of candidates in the pockets of the big banks like to call me all sorts of things for not supporting their candidates. But the events of my life cannot be erase by their falsehoods or personal attacks. Recommended.
