To me it is more shocking that there is an audience for this show than the fact that it was made.

This show, the Housewives of Whereever, Bridezilla, Mob Wives, the insipidly shallow Kardashians Klan, Bad Girl Club etc etc are all sending the message that it is OK, normal, even attractive for women to be vain, vindictive, selfish, hateful and narcissistic. Jerry Springer started this trend by trapping ignorant, violent and often physically hideous people on a public stage and poking them with sharp rhetorical sticks until they cracked and attacked someone. He was however an equal opportunity huckster who brought the carnival spotlight on both sick men and sick women. Now the trend is to just focus on attractive women who are willing to strut their psychopathy. The men in their lives are basically there to give the women someone to hurt and the audience someone to pity or scorn. This stuff is mainstream femdom pornography. But it sure as hell is popular these days.
