He appointed a emergency manager to replace all elected officials, and his choice of using the river water for drinking is no ones blame but his own.

He talks about lots of blame to go around? No, he accepted complete responsibility by selecting an emergency manager. No city council had power.

LEAD in your own young child's water would make you incredibly pissed off. I had kids. There was nothing like that. Can you imagine what the parents there are thinking? High levels of lead your children have been drinking.
