7. Mostly a mistake

The most I can find out about this symbol is that pedophiles wear it to indicate that the adult is interested in little GIRLS, and pedophiles will have (supposedly willing) little GIRLS wear it to show that they are in a sexual relationship or available for a sexual relationship with an adult. Crucial distinction - it relates to little girls (not boys) and it is worn as, for example, a pin or charm bracelet.

This heart-in-a-heart pictograph sort of suggests itself when valentines and the like are being designed, so that an artist (or even a non-artist) might draw it entirely unaware that it is in use for a particular, sordid, purpose. The emblem sort of resembles a necklace charm marketed by actress Jane Seymour.

Here we have a toy, primarily of interest to little boys, with this emblem. Since it is worn and it's not for girls, the emblem loses its sinister meaning. There's also an emblem of a blooming rose, so it might be theorized that this child is taking part in the war for the crown between the house of York and the house of Lancaster. There's also an emblem of fist on the toy - I am not sure what theory can be conjured up for that, maybe something to do with the Boxer Rebellion.
