Dems and DOJ Have Done Nothing on Voter Suppression: 2016 Disaster Awaits

Voter turnout in Idaho was at a record high on Tuesday. Meanwhile in Arizona, the number of polling places in Maricopa County dropped from 200 in 2012 to just 60 this year, forcing voters to wait in hours-long lines. “America’s Lawyer” Mike Papantonio joins ‘News With Ed’ to break down what kind of recourse voters can take to fight against similar kinds of suppression.

that prevented this. The asshole wing of the Supreme Court struck down the portions of the VRA that would prevent this (which strips the DOJ's power to do anything). The ONLY thing Dems can do is try to get elected in areas where this is an issue and rectify it. Or elected to Congress to update the VRA with something that the SCOTUS won't knock down.
