Police Say Teenage Girl Was Pepper Sprayed and Sexually Assaulted at Wisconsin Trump Rally

The Janesville Police Department says a 15-year-old girl was pepper sprayed and sexually assaulted by two men outside of a Donald Trump rally yesterday in Janesville, Wisconsin.

The incident took place in a crowd of approximately 1,000 people standing outside the Holiday Inn Express where the rally took place, the police department said in a statement.

A 15 year [sic] girl from Janesville was peppered sprayed in the crowd by a non-law enforcement person. A 19 year old woman from Madison received 2nd hand spray as well. Both individuals received medical attention at local hospitals. A male in the crown [sic] groped the 15 year girl, when she pushed him away; another person in the crown [sic] sprayed her. We are currently looking for two suspects, one for the sexual assault and one for the pepper spray.
The incident mentioned in the statement was apparently caught on camera. Clips show the teenage girl accusing a member of the crowd of groping her.

“You were touching my breast,” she says. “You fucking touched my chest.”

She shoves him and someone else sprays orange pepper spray directly in her face and into the eye of a girl standing next to her. As she pushes her way out of the crowd, people yell that she’s a “bitch” and a “goddamn communist nigger-lover.”

in this case. At no point should she have picked up a weapon and gone at the guy. Guns do not solve our problems.

might have hurt his ass, he might have thought twice.

The gun doesn't have any meaning other than that ascribed to it. And I certainly understand people who really don't give a damn about who gets hurt as long as they are promoting their agenda, whether it be a supporter of the real estate swindler or some anti-gun supporter. Nothing new there. Been hearing it for a long time.

The point is, that criminal isn't gonna change. She has a right to make damn sure he keeps his hands to himself, with the force she needs to equalize their differences if any.

You are correct, guns don't solve problems. But they often end a threat. No question - she should use her brain first. Period. But the moment he touches her against her will, treats her like trash, the intellectual part of the exercise may well be over. Because it will happen again, and it will get worse, until it is stopped.

We all have our own ways of dealing with these things. Ymmv, and that's fine.

Starts with her yelling at the guy about grabbing her breasts. Then she appears to try to push him, not clear that she actually touched him much if at all. I did not see a punch. Then some other guy pepper sprays her. It appears to me that the pepper spray guy took advantage of the commotion to assault the woman.

"It may have happened, or not, or an accidental brush in a packed crowd." Then you changed it to this to show that there may be two separate incidents.

So your original comment shows that you feel it was an accident that someone grabbed her breast, or worse, that she is making it up. Do you REALLY think a 15 year old in a group of people like tRump's supporters would MAKE THIS UP??? And then swing at someone because of that supposed fallacy?

Two incidents to the same person. Even if that is the case, I can see why she reacted the way she did. She is hardly "the aggressor" as an ignored someone upthread suggests. Or making it up as you suggested before you changed your post.

Should she have come out swinging? Maybe not, but in her defense, I can't blame her. But the little man that pepper-sprayed her because he was afraid of a teenage girl? As much if not more of an "aggressor".

JANESVILLE -- A 15-year-old girl who was pepper sprayed outside a Donald Trump rally in Janesville earlier this week was not sexually assaulted as she originally claimed, police said Thursday.

Video showed the girl getting pepper sprayed after she claimed someone in the crowd outside the rally groped her. Police reported that information in a press conference after the rally Tuesday, calling those "point-in-time comments" that were "based upon victim statements."

However, using video, witness accounts, and interviews, investigators determined there was no sexual assault, and that the 15-year-old girl had punched a 59-year-old man in the face.
