That burning hot sensation in your chest and all the sweat squirting out of your every pore and the intense urge to vomit, will all pass--eventually. If you've never done this sort of thing and you've never studied any physics or engineering, I could imagine thinking it should work. You would not believe how many silly Americans don't know any better than these guys. Watching people try to get new sofas around a corner and through a door is very similar; fortunately, they usually don't mind help.
