It would have been a goal if the ball had entered the air-space of the goal.

The soccer-balls at UEFA have position-trackers: Boateng stopped the ball literally 1 or 2 inches before it would have officially counted as a goal.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if you stop it at the 21sth second you can see that his arm is already behind his leg and that the ball is actually being hit with his leg...am I seeing something that is not?
