"Due process," for such politicians, simply being fancy-schmancy talk for "the rule of law."
Ironically, Manchin and his ilk reveal the real purpose of the Second Amendment, which has nothing whatsoever to do with recreational/sport shooting, hunting, or even personal protection. The purpose of the Second Amendment is secure the right of the people to retain the means, if it should become necessary, to defend their liberty against those in power who think like Manchin and his ilk.

And from a Democrat, no less. Can't support that/him or other Dems who like things that are unconstitutional or shady, like the TPP.
