Neoliberal claptrap at the top and nationalistic jingoism at the bottom caused this vote. The neoliberalism will win out and England will be tangled up in "open" trade deals that will make the EU look downright restrained.

People who work for a paycheck will be the big losers, since the EU reformed all the harsh Thatcherism they'd had to put up with.

... you didn't read Naomi Klein's Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism. If you had read that book, it would have cleared up the term "Neoliberism." Give it a try, friend Warpy.

Racism against immigration was the main issue ... by way of the lies of the Exit side.

I've said that if a company ships its jobs overseas to China than they lose their "American" citizenship and have to become a Chinese company. That means they are forced to go to Chinese courts to enforce their corporate contracts and pay to sell their products here.

It should cost more to make it overseas and chug it in cargo ships across the largest ocean on the planet.

unless you counter it with reason and the idea that we are not living in the dark ages where no one could even get to another country, much less trade with them, we will continue to go down this path of unfettered nationalism and I guess you don't have to go back too far to realize just where that one leads, do you?
