two exceptions to what our mothers taught us about ridiculing anyone's physical appearance. There's something about being a total dick that makes all bets off in that regard. Do they have the faces they earned, or are they the way they are because they were born with those faces? I've always thought Karl Rove might be an example of the later (not just his face, but overall appearance).

The bad guys were always freakish-looking and had names that reflected that? Amazingly non P.C. today---Donald Trump might be the only remaining fan of that oldie but goody.
