I thought Corbyn did a good job today.

I started a thread last night on the eve of Chilcot release that you might find interesting.

I am saddened (again) by how the British people were held hostage by the misleading, manipulative, murderous lies of Blair and his cronies...in the same way that the American people were treated by Bush and his fellow patriots.

Chances are that the reasonable, pragmatic voices on both sides of the Atlantic will hold sway and, just as with Bush, no penalty will accrue to Blair and the others responsible.

To surround himself with a buffer wall of veterans for the day.

Blair started out by saying he took responsibility, then spent the next hour or so ladling blame on everyone but himself.

They deserve trial at the Hague, but just racked up more interest on the money they've stashed.

I appreciate Corbyn at least trying. That's likely why the 'reasonable and pragmatic' ones in Labour have been working so hard at shoving him out recently. One even yelled at him to shut up during his speech.
