Another day, another racially-motivated shooting. This time, the unarmed man was fully complying with the police, laying on the ground with his hands in the air while he tried to calm and comfort his autistic patient. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

What makes it even more incredible is the way he kept trying to get the young man to do the same as he was.

and they misbehaved I would ask them why?

A lot of "I dunno's" was the responce.

It wasn't a good excuse for them back then and it sure as hell ain't one for the cop now.

of answers so quickly. Generally, the suspect is dead, so they have a few minutes to come up with a story.
