Court Says Marijuana Users Too Violent To Own Guns, But Terrorists Still Can

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals says that medical marijuana users shouldn’t be allowed to own guns because drugs can impair your judgement and possibly make you violent. So why can’t we ban other dangerously violent people from owning handguns? The Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

users being violent and should not own a gun, Farren's logic with respect to the "No Fly List" is just as wrong!

The No Fly List is mainly populated with common names such as mine, I have been on that damn list since 2001, because a terrorist from South Yeman supposedly used my name as an alias. There has been no way to get my name off of the list and law enforcement want to use being on the list as automatic probable cause to search and whatever. This is a Constitutional violation since I have no due process, no way to get my name off.

Farren, you need to research the no fly list!

They need to identify the multitude of legal prescription drugs that impair judgement, let alone the problems with alcohol.
This case could open up a whole slew of legal action to take guns from a large percentage of Americans
Where is the NRA on this issue?

if they would take it out of sched. 1 so research could occur they might see that
cannabis users are docile. Unlike many drunks I've seen getting riled up.

It's all about money all the time.

When you can see that, questions answer themselves.

Other wise proceed to beat this dead horse.

messing around with firearms while you're high is a tragic waste of medical-grade herbs, and possibly dangerous too.
