1. He must have fallen asleep in the pew

during the preacher's sermon on Jesus' parable of the Good Samaritan. You know, where a Jew is attacked and beaten by robbers and left by the roadside to die. The holy rabbis walk past him, but it's the despised Samaritan who takes him in and helps him. During Jesus time, the Samaritans were despised and thought unclean, because they were thought by the Jews to be the wrong tribe, wrong race, wrong religion, wrong food eaters, wrong idolators, wrong everything. Jesus taught compassion for everyone. He would not have built a giant wall to keep the Samaritans out. It just shows the dark cloud of delusion that hatred and fear creates in such RWers minds. Sad sad, very sad.
