Tim Kaine Remarks in Wilmington, North Carolina Vice Presidential candidate Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) delivered a national security address in Wilmington, North Carolina. He contrasted the foreign policy views of presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump speaking on a range of issues including the Middle East, combating ISIS, Russia and immigration. In addition, Senator Kaine harshly criticized Mr. Trump saying the U.S. would be far less safe under his leadership, and that Mr. Trump’s disrespect for the military “absolutely infuriates” him as a military father.
