DEA agents out of control in Honduras

The war on terror isn't the only battle claiming innocent lives: the war on drugs in Latin America continues to rage on. In the past month, officers with the US Drug Enforcement Agency have shot and killed several innocent people in Honduras. To talk more about this, Adrienne Pine, professor at American University, joins us to discuss.

1. Prohibition Sucks - The End!

Prohibition has finally run its course; our prisons are full, our economy is in ruins, the lives and livelihoods of tens of millions of Americans have been destroyed or severely disrupted, and what was once a shining beacon of liberty and prosperity has become a toxic, repressive, smoldering heap of hypocrisy and a gross affront to fundamental human decency.

Accordingly, it is now the duty of every last one of us to insure that the people who are responsible for this shameful situation are not simply left in peace to enjoy the wealth and status that their despicable actions have, until now, afforded them. Former and present Prohibitionists must not be allowed to remain untainted and untouched from the unconscionable acts that they have viciously committed on their fellow citizens. - They have provided us with neither safe communities nor safe streets; we will provide them with neither a safe haven to enjoy their ill-gotten gains nor the liberty to repeat such a similar atrocity!

If you're a bottom-dwelling, scum-sucking, prohibitionist parasite who's career has entailed subjecting the rest of us to off-the-scale corruption and lawlessness, then maybe you should consider moving to somewhere that won't extradite you to a future national or international drug-war tribunal for your crimes against humanity.

3. TREASON to the Constitution?

Is the Manner in Which America
Conducts its “WAR on DRUGS”
an Act of
TREASON to the Constitution?
______________________________________
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

“We [judges] have no more right to decline the exercise of jurisdiction which is given than to usurp that which is not given. The one or the other would be TREASON to the Constitution”. (Emphasis added by me)

July 11, 2012

It has been fundamental law for nearly 200 years that Congress is forbidden to circumvent the legislative prohibitions of Our Constitution for self-government “under the pretext of executing its powers, to pass laws, for the accomplishment of objects not entrusted to the federal government” and established a truism that has yet to be overturned by the Supreme Court in this year of 2012!

From the very start of this Republic it has been a fundamental doctrine that the central government of the United States is a government of eighteen enumerated powers. It is a self-evident fact, that if it requires an amendment to the constitution to make it UNLAWFUL to burn the American flag, LAWFUL for folks of the same sex to marry, LAWFUL for eighteen year olds and women to vote, and UNLAWFUL to possess, manufacture, distribute, or dispense, alcohol, and then LAWFUL again to undo the Amendment to make it UNLAWFUL to buy, sell, use, or abuse, alcohol;

Common would sense seem to dictate that Congress lacks federal legislative jurisdictional authority in personam to PROHIBIT, FORBID, or make it UNLAWFUL or a federal-crime for any person at random to buy, sell, use, or abuse, melons, marijuana, cabbage, cocaine, hot dogs, heroin, or a controlled substance, whatever that is now or ever will be, and the “good news” is . . . the Ninety- First Congress didn’t, the “bad” news is . . . Mr. Justice LEWIS F. POWELL and the BURGER Supreme Court did!

But this article isn’t written to argue or re-litigate Mr. Justice POWELL’S constructive implication that the isolated and truncated phrase “unlawful for any person” in Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a) by its own terms, “reaches any person” at random or Justice POWELL’S own conclusion of law that; “§841 was reserved for prosecution of those outside the legitimate distribution chain [and] the severe penalties provided for in §841(b) [are] for those seeking to avoid regulation entirely by not registering”! (Emphasis added by me)

There is not one syllable of language in the text of the Legislative History of Public Law: 91-513, or the Comprehensive Drug Prevention and Control Act of 1970 codified into the Food and Drugs Act as the Controlled Substance Act of 1970, Title 21, United States Code, Section 801 through 904, that even suggests, much less mandates, that “the severe penalties provided for in §841(b) [are] for those seeking to avoid regulation entirely by not registering”. But arguing facts against falsehoods is tantamount to bringing a knife to a duel with pistols!

Quoting from Pulitzer Prize winner, Mr. LEONARD PITTS Jr. and his excellent article; “On facts and lies”, Centre Daily Times, State College, Pennsylvania, Page A8, July 01, 2012;
“Indeed, falsehoods are harder to kill than a Hollywood zombie. Run them through with fact, and still they shamble forward, fueled by echo chamber media, ideological tribalism, cognitive dissonance, a certain imperviousness to shame, and an understanding that a lie repeated long enough, loudly enough, becomes, in the minds of those who need to believe it, truth.” (Emphasis added by me)

The point of this article is the utilization of toxic words and words or art to exploit the receiver’s fears and this writer ought to know, because he had four teenagers setting at his dinner table in 1969 and his fear of the killer-weed marijuana that the kids called pot was very real indeed!

However, careful examination and analysis of concepts of the statutes within the Controlled Substance Act of 1970, Section(s) 801 through 904, enacted by the Ninety-First Congress and signed into Public Law: 91-513 by President NIXON on October 27, 1970, reveal that it is legally and constitutionally, IMPOSSIBLE for a violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1) to ever be a federal crime against “the laws of the United States”, but rather;

A violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 841(a)(1) is a material breach of a contractual agreement where money changed hands between the registrant and the attorney general of the United States creating privileges, obligations, and liabilities, (terms) for federal jurisdiction to be federally regulated in the closed commercial system of controlled substances and a matter of Civil Equity for which Title 21 U.S.C. §841(b) has a remedy.

Whether or not, a federal prison sentence of from five years to life without parole and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines is legal or even constitutional for a material breach of a contractual agreement in which the attorney general of the United States was the only ‘injured’ party need not be addressed in this writing.

Furthermore, without any constructive implications or conclusions of law by me, and supported SOLELY by the federal statutes in Title 21, United States Code, Section(s) 801 through 904, I am able to prove my Theory of Constitution Law and Strategy of Argument "beyond a reasonable doubt", to any GURU of Constitution Law from the legal community!

There can be no doubt, for over 38 years, the executive and judicial branch of the government of the United States have waged America's "WAR on DRUGS" against any person at random under color of assumptions, presumptions, and
F R A U D !!

You have a nice day now, hear?

2. I say dissolve the DEA.

As it is, it's done more bad than good not just for America, but for the world. How the hell can they keep cannabis as a Schedule I drug? That means they see it as more dangerous than cocaine, which is kept at Schedule II. This just proves how much power the prison industrial complex and pharmaceutical and tobacco companies have in congress. They know they won't benefit from the legalization of several substances, especially marijuana, hence why they pour their money into government for politicians to strike down any attempt to legalize them.
