Then you might possibly see the relevance.
After all, Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto for America. He was trying to figure out a way to redistribute the wealth and insure that America's government was not taken over by a small group of very wealthy people. There is a reason why Americans have been taught, by the wealthy and corporate class, to fear Marx's writing, and it isn't because they have what's best for everyone at heart. Marx's writing is very relevant to America today, and that includes this election. |

Do you believe that Marxism solves the income inequality conundrum or can a socialist system resolve this issue?

im just being a dick.
i saw a few anti free speech posts here on du and i just wanted to give my opinion. i believe the written word is sacred. the writings of stan lee are just as important as shakespeare, plato, socrates, stephen king and so on. read anything and everything you can, no matter who wrote it. |
