1. Why is he and Arpaio up to this crap again?

Is it because Obama's approval rating is high and they can't handle people approving of him more than their Putin puppet president?

Do they know or suspect Obama is planning something after he leaves office that could cause their agenda a problem and they need to try deligitimize him again?
