NBC Shows Their True Colors By Hiring Racist Megyn Kelly

Megyn Kelly will be leaving Fox News to join NBC as a host, proving that the network has not only decided to embrace the alt-right, but also that they’re preparing to normalize the Trump presidency. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

Two incidents stick out right away in my mind.

Blowing up trucks (fake news): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dateline_NBC#General_Motors_vs._NBC

The lying anchorman: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Williams#Iraq_War_helicopter_incident

Burfman........

Further thoughts:

I think it was this past election night I watched NBC for a couple of minutes. They had Tom Brokaw in a round table with what must have been NBC's current staff (I gave up watching network news many years ago, so Brokaw was the only one I recognized). Brokaw usually has something intelligent and thoughtful to say, except he couldn't get more than a couple of words out before getting interrupted and talked over by one or more of the current idiots. I guess today on TV "good" commentary is expected to become a shouting match. I realized I haven't missed much by skipping TV news and will continue to read the paper & on-line sites.

Burfman.....

If she has a "following" then maybe, just maybe a few viewers will leave fox for nbc. No, it doesn't make what nbc did right, but they aren't as bad as fixed news. A lesser of two evils.

network. She was becoming the "voice of reason"---for what THAT is worth---at Fox. No one will ever forget the "white Santa" thing, but I suspect Kelly's career is governed by expediency and ambition far more than ideology.

And NBC doesn't claim to be liberal.

She doesn't "normalize Trump." She spent the last year in a living hell, surrounded by bodyguards because of Trump and his supporters threats against her. She believes he had her poisoned shortly before the first Republican debate.

The idea of segregating media is very bad for America. That is the situation that played a major roll in making Trump's election possible.

Some people say things like Santa is white; others say the working class is white. If one is racist, so is the latter.

I recently heard Kelly talk about sexual assault, and it bears no relation to the video's presentation of her views. I don't claim to have spent time watching Kelly on Fox. I haven't because I don't watch Fox, but I have listened to some interviews with Kelly. It was her statement that got rid of Roger Ailes and helped Gretchen Carlsen win her lawsuit.

The idea of anyone being shocked that major media corporations make decisions based on profit is ridiculous, as is believing Fox, MSNBC or that clip above constitute news.

She's responsible for stoking the raging racial hatred on the right.

She came out hard about the sexual harassment she endured during her tenure at FOX. I read she makes 9 million a year, perhaps her contract was up and NBC offered her way more money. That's what these talking heads do you know.

When will Megyn Kelly apologize for pushing and supporting "Fake News" for those years?
