For the first time, small businesses can raise money from non-accredited investors meaning that everyone can now be part of the investor class. Equity Crowdfunding allows a small business to raise up to one million dollars a year from many small investors with a minimum investment of only $100. Historic.

I ask because the clip is edited. Wouldn't surprise me if he didn't (know enough people like that: blame everything on "regulation" in general and Obama in particular), but I'm just curious if he gave anything to support his view, and didn't just regard it as something that's supposed to be self-evident. Which it isn't, if you're outside the RW carp pond.
