ACLU sues over American Assassinations in Yemen

The ACLU and The Center for Constitutional Rights have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Nasser al-Awlaki and the family of Samir Khan. Nasser al-Awlaki is the father of Anwar-al-Awlaki who was killed by a US drone strike in Yemen on September 30th of 2011.
