1. I'm with Cenk!

I was with him when he supported Bernie.

I was with him when he supported Hillary.

I am with him now!

I am against the so-called third-way.

3. I just visited their website, so the problem is the democratic party is it?

Efforts spent attacking the democratic party is less effort and time spent dealing with the GOP and Trump:

Cenk cares more about Cenk than progressives attaining power.

Ideological purity as of this moment is the last thing we need , it's akin to asking: "Have you or have you ever taken a corporate donation?" this is dumb and stupid but that's where his head is at..

That type of thinking is also authoritarian.

Exploiting the progressive/establishment split in the party when we have Perez and Ellison as DNC chair heads is also stupid and suspect as hell.

If Cenk and his cohorts were really serious, all over their website would be attacks on:

1) Citizens United
2)The Koch Brothers and the Mercers
3) Trump
4) GOP

And links to indivisible.

I see none of that, but finger pointing at democrats.

4. Are you sitting down for this?

Cenk just raised almost TWO million dollars from little donors (like Bernie did - remember?) to field some REAL journalists. The kind of journalists that don't spend time around a giant lucite desk and spew what's come over the waves to their I-pads. The JD thing will use that same approach to funding Democrats that will represent the 10 dollar donaters instead of the corporate heavyweights that hand out a quarter mil to be entertained and complimented for an hour. Those same BIG shots that then take their chauffeured limo home to their penthouse without EVER having to lay eyes on a hungry kid or folks digging in dumpsters for cans they can recycle - the same sort of folks I slip a buck or two when I can afford to.

Change comes from the bottom - up. I know those on the Left have heard that. If only they could believe it.


Imagine my paltry contributions helping to recruit representatives that will represent ME - and not someone I've never met, deciding if my medical needs are warranted or not - or if my bank deposits were up for gambling with by the supposed trustworthy banker. Folks beholden to ME are the sort I wanna send to congress. Not corporate lackeys.

Which Democrats want to do - and we could have had a liberal justice on the court to help move us in that direction.

I already know how big money has imperiled politics, President Obama has already laid it out for us :

So I'm not going to beat Democrats over the head because they didn't pass Cenk's test of legitimacy.

I'm not going to take any progressive seriously if their entire site is devoted to keeping dems in check using their arbitrary BS standards.

Cenk is going to get more side eye from me if he thinks the problem are the democrats.

6. Like Sane Progressive - Attacking Democrats, Giving GOP A Free Pass...

If she is not attacking Democrats, trying to convince folks that Bernie is going to form a third party, or denying that there was any foreign influence in the 2016 elections:

I think she has taken it down, but when Bernie endorsed Hillary, the Sane Progressive posted attacks on Bernie as a sell-out, but now she is back to using Bernie as a means to spreading dissent on the left.

We should be real cautious about folks who push false equivalencies between Republicans and the Democrats or just focus on attacking Democrats from the "left."
