It's not a REAL channel on cable, or Fios, or satellite, right?

Jesus, this guy will complain about anything! I guess "pretends not to notice" is one way frame it. A more accurate and realistic description would be that the media "decides its not newsworthy".

The media was interested in "Trump-TV" because it would have ACTUALLY been on cable/satellite. That would have been newsworthy.

Even though Cenk refers to "Bernie-TV" as a "broadcast"... that's not really accurate, is it? It's streaming or "on-demand" at best, right?

So... Good for Bernie! ... Hooray! ... Congratulations! ... Good luck! But honestly, this isn't the big scandal or snub or conspiracy that Cenk is making it out to be.

I guess I just imagined all those prime time TV specials that feature Bernie, and the televised coverage of his rallies. I can't think of a single politician or celebrity who gets more media attention than Bernie, except for the President. Something really has to be done about that. How can the media possibly think news coming out of the White House is more important than Bernie! The inhumanity of it all!

Of the media covering inconsequential stories like Carter Page's admitting to being a Russian asset, the filibuster against the Supreme Court nominee, Kushner meeting with the head of an FSB bank, and Trump's upcoming meeting with the premier of China regarding potential war with North Korea. NBC News ran a story, http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/democrats-vs-trump/sanders-show-welcome-bernie-tv-n741571. But the media isn't covering it 24/7. They are slacking off from their single most important function: promoting Bernie. Imagine allowing him on the networks only 3-5 times a week! It's almost as if they think the American public wants to be informed about issues like national security and the future of SCOTUS. If they weren't such corporate sell outs they'd realize that Bernie's fame is all that matters.

This is just a continuation (all this Bernie coverage of late) of the focus they had on him when he was trying to compete in a fixed race last year. Didn't matter WHAT news outlet you turned to - there was Bernie with his loser message. Hours and Hours of nauseating, hair-brained populace ideas. Heh - and those FAKE hordes that were purported to show up at his appearances.Prolly where Trump learned to exaggerate his crowd sizes.

...Sanders is the "most popular politician" among him, Mike Pence, Donald Trump, Elizabeth Warren, Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Mitch McConnell.

That "poll" is hardly an accurate assessment of the "most popular politician" since hundreds of Washington politicians weren't included nor thousands of politicians outside of Washington.

So, bottom line is that he was the most "popular" of only eight politicians. Woo hoo!

...including four republicans.

And that other poll that you just dug up (about seven months old) asks people in each state to rate ONLY the Senators in their own state, "the most popular senator in the nation among his own constituents".

Considering that Vermont only has about 600,000 people and other states have tens of millions of people, that really doesn't say much.

Here's one that includes a more comprehensive list of Democrats, where he's trailing Joe Biden in several categories:

http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/main/bernie-sanders/

See what happens when he's compared to Democrats only and outside his own state?

Fox News polling has been as accurate as any other. This poll also shows Planned Parenthood with a 57% approval and the Republicans with much lower approvals. It's hardly biased.

Also, Five Thirty Eight is good with Fox News polling.
https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/

Bernie Sanders 61%
Planned Parenthood 57%
Obamacare 50%
Mike Pence 47%
Donald Trump 44%
Elizabeth Warren 39%
Paul Ryan 37%
Nancy Pelosi 33%
Chuck Schumer 26%
Mitch McConnell 20%
The Freedom Caucus 19%
