The last 12 years have been incredibly tough for the middle class. We’ve seen corporate meltdowns and scams from companies like Enron, a complete collapse of our banking system, the near-death experiences that almost crippled our automotive sector, and job outsourcing in every jobs sector. And while there have been some legislative victories to help prevent these occurrences in the future, all of those victories are on the line once again in this year’s election. And if Mitt Romney takes the White House, you’d better believe that all of these reforms will be on the chopping block. And you know who’s going to suffer? The 99%.
