3. He's hiding the fact...

that he was a multi-year, criminally liable, tax cheat who avoided criminal prosecution for tax evasion by taking advantage of an IRS amnesty program in 2009 for those who 'secretly' held untaxed Swiss bank accounts. He paid the back taxes, paid the penalty assessment, and now wants his sordid, tax evading past to just go away.

Releasing his 2009 and prior tax returns would expose his criminal tax evading past, the fact that the McCain campaign NEVER SAW his 2009 post amnesty tax returns, and the fact that he took amnesty to avoid federal criminal prosecution. That's why the FBAR report is not included in his "release" of his 2010 tax returns.
