If you have spent any time with mentally challenged persons, you will know they have some unusual social behaviors and boundaries. DT is showing this to the world.

He has no business being in this position of leadership!! I'm going to go outside and look at beautiful things now to clear these icky images away. Actually, I could only watch a little of the clip.
